Basquiat and Abel got along pretty well, you know, back in the late 1970s, when the hip hop, post-punk and street art movements began erupting and forming a completely new generation of artists and creative souls. Like many artists, Jean-Michel was all about social criticism, but he done it in a way never seen before. Not many peeps knew how to appreciate his talent.
